You Are The Sea is a bodywork practice and a space to reflect on the body's inherent wisdom.

After decades refining the art of touch-based therapy, we've come to trust the body as a place to return to, a source of truth and inner direction.

To us massage is an experience, not a treatment, an opportunity to create the conditions for the body to self-organise.
